Aman and her beautiful little family came to San Diego for a vacation and it was the first time their adorable little guy was seeing the ocean for the first time. We did their session at Crystal Pier in Pacific Beach. It was SO much fun to capture their little one’s joy and excitement for the water and let me just tell you, he was SO into it. In fact, he loved it so much, it was even a little hard to get him to look at me instead of wanting to go bounding into the water! But we managed to get some laughs, smiles and really great candid shots with mom and dad.

On a side note, you might catch some glimpses of some blue jelly-fish looking things in the photos. They aren’t actually jelly-fish, but are called Velella velellas.  I’d never seen anything like it and I was VERY glad that they are harmless to humans.
