Remember this sweet little face??

Little Sophie is 6 months old now!! Crazy how time flies! She is a stunning baby isn’t she? Such a sweet, angelic girl face. Sophie was not a fan of sitting on the ground in the great outdoors, but we still managed some beautiful images of her. I can’t wait to see what she looks like in 6 more months!! So fun to watch them grow. Without further adieu. . .

Meet the gorgeous Winsby family! Liz, aka Mom, is a fabulous Tulsa photographer, Elizabeth Winsby. I felt very honored to take her family pictures while they were out in San Diego for a summer vacation. Their two adorable girls were so much fun and full of energy. . .check out the last pic to see what I mean.We got some amazing shots and I am going to share WAY more than I normally do so hold on to your hats!!!!!!!!!

This is how I feel most days with my 3 kiddos, so I thought it would be fun to capture the “whirlwind”!

I always love doing downtown urban shoots, and this one was no exception. The G family and I had a great time and I just know they are going to love the pics of them together as a family. It looks like Baby S is about to fall asleep from all the excitement but I just loved this pic and had to show it. Enjoy your sneak peek!! or so it feels anyway! Temps in Southern California have been in the mid 80′s lately which makes me feel extremely fortunate to still be shooting beautiful So Cal families at the beach. No snow for us. . .instead we are eating snow cones to stay cool! This family was so much fun and made my job super easy with their sweet cuties. Thanks R Family for a fun evening! Hope all that sand vacuums up easy.

When it comes to beautiful California families, you can’t get better than this family. I had so much fun capturing their silly family fun and interactions with each other. The 7 year old Ben gave me a run for my money, but I had him giggling with 7 year old chatter about girlfriends and bodily functions. Anna, the 12 year old, is gorgeous and her daddy better watch out for those boys soon!!!! Thank you so much H family for a great time! Enjoy your sneak peek!

My sister wanted her family pictures taken on the beach so I gladly obliged. For some reason shooting people I know is a little more nerve-racking. You would think it would be the other way around, but I guess I feel weird telling them what to do and making them smile at me.

We had a good time though…..after the initial “WE CAN’T FIND YOU!” fiasco. They are a fun, kind of nutty family so I wanted to get some shots that showed that and I think I succeeded.

It’s so neat how the colors of the water vary with the light….it went from grey, to blue, to aqua in a matter of minutes. I didn’t want to make many of these in black and white since the ocean water is so gorgeous here. Enjoy the sneek peek “P” fam!

Oh and this first one I love because the littlest one is the queen in this family and the focus is totally on her.
