I had the privilege of taking this family’s pictures last year and now again this year. Only something had changed. . .little Miss Annabelle had joined their family! She unfortunately was suffering from her very first cold so she wasn’t into taking pictures by herself too much. But we did manage a few and I just love the ones we got of her. Her brother, Tyler, is still too cute. . .and he even thought my fart jokes were pretty funny.
Onto the pics!

HAVE to throw one of the silhouettes in here!! I love daddies throwing their kids in the air!

Hey photographer’s! I had the opportunity to be a guest blogger again on Jodi/MCP Actions fabulous blog this week. I get asked a lot about posing people at the beach and I wrote down some posing suggestions so go check them out!
7 Rockin Beach Posing Tips
And a picture always makes a post more interesting, so I thought I’d share a pic I came across of my kids at the beach all actually looking at me. These days, it seems near impossible!!!! Granted they aren’t in portrait ready clothing (we were camping at the beach with some friends), but I will take it! Even if the youngest looks like he’s being tortured. ![]()

This is more like what I normally get. . .don’t be jealous.

This little 2 week old guy was absolutely SCRUMPTIOUS. From his cheeks to his lips to his fuzzy ears, I could have cuddled him all day. His chubby cheeks and lips reminded me of my boys when they were born. You might remember his mommy and daddy from their maternity session out on the beach!! So happy that little Tristan arrived healthy and happy!

The amazing boudoir supastar, Desiree Hayes and I are excited to introduce our very first SNAP! Jam in downtown San Diego. We are opening it up to 10 photographer’s so email or post a comment by October 4th if you are interested in attending! If more than 10 people are interested, we will draw names out of a hat.
This meeting will take place in Desiree’s downtown studio at 7 pm on October 15th and will be a social gathering (ie party) to get to know each other and talk a little bit of shop. Des and I are known to be a little goofy so you might even have fun.
The cost is free for the meeting, but we will require your first-born child in the event you don’t come ready to have fun.
Desiree is much goofier than she portrays down below, so don’t be fooled by her sweet smile.
