la jolla beach photographer | fantabulous family

This gorgeous family is from Dallas and I couldn’t wait to meet them! Jennifer’s (mom) main goal was an artsy, fun family portrait. Yay!!! They were a blast to photograph and we had a lot of laughs. I even managed to break the teenager, Mitchell, from his teenager-ism (made up word:P) for awhile. He taught me some new lingo and we gave each other knuckles. . .I’m so cool it kills me. HAHA! Blaire, his sweet, loving, beautiful sister was so fun and full of energy and life. The only bummer was the weather, it was super gloomy and overcast. But I think it turned out just fine.;)

Seriously, how gorgeous are they!??!?

Thank you Jennifer, Michael, Mitchell, and Blaire for being YOU! I had such a great time with you all and think your family is amazing. It is such a breath of fresh air to meet families who have so much fun together and that you can just see the beautiful connection between them.

xoxo,

Kristin

Kristin thanks so much for the awesome photo shoot. I love it when random things happen to make a fabulous outcome. It was luck to come across your blog while I was surfing for a SanDiego photographer and even more lucky that you were so awesome and fun to shoot with. Even talented about putting up with an almost 14 year old :) We all left the shoot feeling like we had fun and no stress and that we’d do it again with you next time we visit….yes, even Mitchell! Thanks again, you are a true artist, and I appreciate that!

Oh my word I love these. LOVE the one that made you laugh too. Oh my…love that girl and I don’t even know her. Amazing work, as always. Every photograph you take is art and I am sure the family will love these for all time.

Kristin, beautiful work as always! I love the B&W one of them laughing in the waves. As my client base is getting older, I need some teenagerism-breaking tips. A new workshop idea, perhaps? LOL!
