Sooooooooooooooo, I’ve decided to start a new project because I just have so much extra time on my hands. <----------insert sarcastic cackle here. I do want to take more personal pictures though. Not necessarily portraits of the kiddos all the time, but I want to keep capturing the real life moments that go on as they grow. Which led me to agreeing to do the 52 week project. There was NO way I could keep up with a 365 project, so don't ever suggest that one to me.:PI will post a picture a week (not that bad right?) and I won't promise it will always be fantastic, but it will make me slow down and remember to take pictures for the very reason I started taking pictures. Whew, talk about a run-on mumble-jumble sentence. So I hope you all will come along in this journey with me and help keep me accountable!

My Bray-Bray with his buddy Cameron. Cameron's mommy and I met through flickr back when I was pregnant with Cayson. We both were pretty new to photography and ecstatic to find another person all-consumed by this passion for taking pictures. We like to torture our kids and try to get them to kiss for pictures (shhh don't tell their daddy's), and I just loved this one out of the bunch I took.

You are absolutely spot on with this! I will resolve to the same – one picture per week of my kids!

Did you use a fish eye for this picture?
